Quaint Skilled Nursing Home in rural Hot Springs is seeking an energetic, hands on leader leader, to operate this well known facility.
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership
- Staff development and budgeting
- Management of key services in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure each resident receives the necessary nursing, medical, and psychosocial services to attain and maintain the highest possible mental and physical functional status.
- Bachelors degree
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License
- Previous 2 years of administrative and supervisory experience of a SNF.
